Your data. Handled straight.

When you fill out our application form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and answers to our qualification questions. That's it. We don't run trackers in the background or buy data lists.

We may also collect basic usage data — pages visited, time on site — through standard analytics tools. This data is aggregated and never tied to your identity without your consent.

We use your contact information for one purpose: to follow up about a potential engagement. If you apply for a strategy call, we'll reach out. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you straight and that's the end of it.

We don't send newsletters, drip sequences, or promotional emails unless you explicitly ask to stay on our list.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Period.

We may share data with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, scheduling tools — but only to the extent required for them to do their job. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for anything else.

If you apply and we don't move forward, we keep your information for up to 12 months in case circumstances change and you want to revisit. After that, it's deleted.

Active client information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for 3 years after, as required for business records.

You can ask us what data we hold on you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it entirely. Send a request to hometownlion@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 10 business days.

If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. The same email address applies.

Our site may use Google Analytics and similar tools. These services have their own privacy policies and their own data collection practices. We encourage you to review them directly.

Any links to external sites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated effective date. We won't bury a material change in fine print — if something significant changes, we'll say so plainly.
