Terms of Service
Hometown Lions LLC
We keep this plain. These are the terms that govern our relationship with clients. Read them. If something isn't clear, email us before signing anything.
These terms apply to any individual or business that applies for, signs a contract with, or receives services from Hometown Lions LLC. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
We work with home service contractors doing $1M or more per year. If that's not you, we're probably not the right fit — and we'll say so on the call.
Hometown Lions builds AI-powered websites, manages paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LSA, and deploys AI lead systems for home service contractors. Every engagement is custom-scoped based on your market, trade, and goals.
The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for your engagement are defined in a separate written agreement. These terms govern the general relationship.
You agree to provide accurate information about your business. Decisions we make — targeting, creative, positioning — are built on what you tell us. Bad inputs produce bad outputs.
You're responsible for your own ad spend. We manage the campaigns; you fund the accounts. We'll tell you exactly what to budget and why, but the spend is yours.
You agree to give timely feedback during website builds and campaign setups. Delays on your end push timelines back. We'll document these in writing if they affect the agreed schedule.
Everything we build for you is yours from day one — the website, the ad creative, the automations, the copy, all of it. We retain no ownership or license to your deliverables after the engagement.
We may reference your results (anonymized or with your explicit permission) in our own marketing. If you'd prefer we don't, tell us in writing and we'll honor that.
Fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. We don't publish pricing because every engagement is different. Payment terms, late fees, and cancellation terms are specified in that agreement.
Ad spend is billed directly to your ad accounts. It is not part of our management fee.
If we don't generate at least 10X your investment in trackable revenue within your first 90 days, you don't pay for that period. The specifics — what counts as trackable revenue, how attribution works, what qualifies — are defined in your individual agreement.
This guarantee requires your full cooperation: approved creative, funded ad accounts, timely access to your CRM or call tracking, and responsiveness to our follow-up requests. We can't guarantee results we don't have the inputs to produce.
Advertising performance varies by market, trade, seasonality, competition, and a dozen other factors outside our control. While we have a strong track record, we cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue, or rankings. Anyone who does is lying to you.
Past results shared on this site reflect real clients but are not a promise of what you'll experience.
Hometown Lions is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We are not responsible for platform policy changes, ad account suspensions initiated by Meta or Google, or search algorithm updates that affect your rankings.
Either party can terminate the engagement with written notice per the terms in your individual agreement. Work completed up to the termination date is billable at the agreed rate.
If you terminate without cause before a defined commitment period, early termination fees may apply as specified in your agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hometown Lions LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, not litigation.
We may update these terms. If something material changes, we'll notify active clients directly. The updated terms are effective on the posted date.
Questions about these terms go to hometownlion@gmail.com. We'll respond within 2 business days.
